I strongly recommend Buddy'z for anyone needing work done, even if you're just passing through.

I've been here on several occasions always been happy with the service until today I was in and a gentle was super rude. He was short with his answers and treated me like I was a bother to him. He must have been having a bad day but his customers didn't need to feel it. I will not be going back.

I broke down about 8 miles west of Wilcox. AAA towed us to Buddy'z because they had a good rating and the tow truck driver concurred with the rating.

I called Buddy'z, and the man who answered (I think his name was Bo) told me to come on in when I got to town, they'd be waiting for me. When I arrived, he introduced me to Cody, who was going to do my work. Cody started working immediately, and my part was delivered within 15 minutes after it was called in. Short version: I was back on the road within an hour or so, and the price was extremely reasonable; in fact, it was probably cheaper than my hometown mechanic would have charged me for the same work.

I was traveling through AZ on I-10 returning home from Texas and the alternator went out on my Tahoe. I started calling ahead to parts stores looking for an alternator, and the two parts stores in Willcox had all three options between them. I asked each one of them to recommend a local shop, and both recommended Buddy'z Auto Repair.

The culprit was a busted heater core radiator hose. They found a new hose at a local auto parts store and tried to install it. They could not attach the hose to the heater core. They did not charge me for anything and even towed my vehicle to another repair shop that they thought might be able to attach the hose. I was appreciative for their honesty that they could not repair my vehicle.

I had a wheel bearing go out in my old hot rod truck in the middle of a trip to a car show in Silver City. These guys took me in right away and fixed it right the first time...then didn't gouge a traveler!!! I didn't tell them I owned an auto repair shop until they were all done...thanks for being professional and keeping up our image as an industry.
